Geocache Description:

Located on public footpath. A small medium size plastic click box inside a camouflage bag. Cache contains a few swaps eg. "to do" dice, Skating Bear, Fortune Fish, Magic Slate, Log Book, pencil and sharpener.

There is parking nearby. The walk to the site begins on tarmac single track road and the footpath itself is accessed through a kissing gate. The footpath can be a bit soft under foot, especially after a downpour or in winter months, so wear suitable shoes. Dogs allowed on leads.

If you are on your way to this cache then you might have already found the Haunted Bridge cache. Continue along the footpath and go through the gate at the end and continue towards and then past the lone pine tree.

You might be asking yourself at this point, can I go though the black gate? Yes you can. Take a moment to read the info board to learn a bit more about the farmland around you. After going through the gate Now just take a moment and look across the fields on your right towards the Black Mountains. Its a lovely view and an evening walk might reward you with a spectacular sunset.

You are about to leave the open area and go into a small wooded area. The cache is located near the gate before the woodland path. If your quiet you might see deer. We did when were hiding this one.
