As i was looking at the cache map i noticed that there wasnt many caches in this area of the forest so i decided to place one here. This Cache is located off bare hill rd. on 3 cornered pond rd.
The cache will test your navagation skills. This will be a long but not to difficult walk until you get to the trail head. I dont recomend bushwacking until you absolutly have to. Park at the coords provided. Make sure you turn on your tracking mode on your gps so you can follow your own tracks back. This area can get confusing and the trees are very thick so your gps might get confused. There is a FTF prize in the same bag as the log book, (gift Card), and some small trade items. As you begin your trek you will notice the fire tower. This is the only fire tower located in the Town of Carver. It is manned usally From febuary to may and on some really dry days in the summer. Its lock so you cant go up there, but take a look at it from the ground its really cool. Happy caching CFD342!
