This is a challenge cache. The cache is at the posted coordinates, however you must first qualify to claim this find. The requirements are pretty simple for this one. You must find 100 different caches that either have a difficulty rating or a terrain rating equal to 4. A 4.5 rating does not count. Also 4/4 caches only count once. It's pretty easy to see where you stand, just go into your profile, then click your public profile, and then the last tab called statistics. There's a grid there called "Difficulty and Terrain of Caches I've Found", you just need to total the number of the D/4 caches with the T/4 caches and then subtract the number of D4/T4 caches you've found (this will prevent those from being added twice) to get your number. If it's 100 or more, you qualify, simple as that. The container has been recently upgraded to a camoed powder drink container as the original went AWOL. Thank you Ornith! Update: 2/23/2013. Looks like it went awol again, cache moved to other end of guardrail and is now a pint-sized camo-taped mason jar.
