Dad and Mom Mystery Cache

Nice puzzle cache with log and goody container with-in
walking distance of posted coordinates.
Elevation is 6461 feet.
This cache starts at a memorial placed by a family to honor their
Dad and Mom. I'm not sure if the parents camped in this area, or if
it was a favorite hunting spot or just what. Maybe the ashes were
scattered here? It is a very simple memorial and does not even
mention the names of the parents. Just Dad and Mom and the date
they were born and died. To find the log and goody container you'll
need to take the last 2 digits of the date Dad was born, subtract 4
from that number and then use them as the last 2 digits for this
North coordinate - N40 30.4??. For the west coordinate
you'll need to use your math to find out how old Mom was when she
passed on and add it to the last 3 digits of this coordinate - W107
56.580.
