Molly's Pipe Dream #6 Traditional Cache

This cache is temporarily unavailable.

BlueRajah: Hello Miriam&Molly

The cache appears to be missing or under the weather. I'm temporarily disabling it, to give the cache owner the opportunity to check on the cache, and repair it, if necessary. If the owner feels they will not be able to repair this in a timely manner (i.e., three weeks) it may need to be archived. This will keep the cache from continually showing up in search lists. If there is no response stating what the owner intends to do on the cache page in the next few weeks ( 21 Days ) the cache may be archived.

If you do fix the cache, please post a Owner Maintenance log, then an enable log to allow people to start searching for it again.

Thank you,
BlueRajah

Geocache Description:

This cache is part of a series placed on the new Pipe Dream Trail that parallels the gas pipeline on the west side of the Moab Valley. The trail is open to hikers and mountain bikers only -- no motor vehicles are permitted. It's technical and challenging for mountain bikes.

Do dogs have pipe dreams? When Molly yips and twitches in her sleep, is she dreaming of catching that elusive jackrabbit? I can't answer that question, but I know she enjoyed hiking the Pipe Dream Trail and placing these caches.

As of spring 2011, there are three main trailheads -- Aspen St. at the north end, Jackson St. in the middle, and the Hidden Valley trailhead parking at the south end. In hot weather, the best time of day to hike or bike this trail is late in the afternoon, when it's shaded by the cliffs to the west.

The caches are all small plastic screw-top containers covered in camo tape. There's a pencil in each one, and there's room for small trade items.
