This cache is part of a series of ten caches posted to honor my
wife’s birthday. There are 10 in the series because
“DeeDee IS A 10”! For those younger cachers who do not
understand the phrase, Google Bo Derek and 10 and you’ll
figure it out. DeeDee is a master cacher and usually strives for
originality and inventiveness in her caches. As you do these caches
you will quickly find that I have neither of those qualities in
great supply but would like to honor her with this series in what
brings her happiness; getting out and caching.
This cache honors DeeDee’s love for horses. One of her
favorite things to do for her birthday is go horseback riding with
our middle son (whom also loves to ride horses). Now-a-days the
rides are too few and too far apart because our son is stationed
too far away. We have driven past this place many a time and
I’ve heard DeeDee whimper at those loading and unloading
horses to ride in the park.
