Strandastøa is a nice park by the sea a few kilometres from the town centre of Tau in the direction of Jørpeland and Preikestolen. It has easy parking, several picnic tables, two playgrounds and toilet facilities. On a nice summer day you can go for a swim from the beach, and the area is well suited for wind surfing.
The cache is a small plastic container (half litre) containing a log book and pen in a sealed plastic bag. It contains initially a fridge duck, a ceramic goose and a toy clown.
