Geocache Description:

The name of this cache has to do with both the container and the location (the location isn't the thing filled with sharks

There are no windows on this side of the building and it should be a relatively quite spot, although there will be some traffic during normal business hours. Security does patrol the industrial park after hours and on weekends, but I wouldn't think they'll be a challenge. Have fun and best of success!
