The cache container does not have a writing instrument, so please bring your own. Also no trade items. The area is flat and requires no bushwhacking. The cache may not be wheelchair accessible. Stealth is required, the park may be crowded with muggles. Please replace cache container as you found it or its intended placement.
This cache is placed to acknowledge Big Brother(s). Big Brother is always there, watching over us. Much of what Big Brothers sees is in Black & White, good and bad. Mostly he just monitors what you are doing day in and day out. Usually he doesn't interfere, unless you're up to no good. Then you're aware of Big Brother's presence. Most of the time there is a trust in what Big Brother does. You hope that Big Brother is truthful, but at times Big brother will not tell you the truth. Sometimes Big Brother believes the lie is for your own good, or in some ways to cover a bigger issue. Even if you don't have an actual Big Brother, there is someone watching over you. Even when your out geocaching. Happy hunting for Big Brother cache.
The cache is placed by permission from Missy Rathmann of Eureka City Parks Department. Kircher is the one of the many Eureka City Parks. The park has two Pavilions with BBQ grills, playground, public restrooms and a 9 hole Frisbee Golf Course. Kircher Park has a path that connects to Route 66 State Park.
