Cache is located in Thresher Fields Park in Eagan. Cache has lots of kid friendly things.
The cache is locked. To open cache, you need to go to the coordinates listed. A small container attached to the cache has the coordinates to the combination. Go to the coordinates and find the numbers to the combination of the lock, they should be the only numbers around. Then go back to the cache and open.
Cache container is probably not water tight but there are large zip lock bags for the swag and stuff.
If you have have chirp, I'll save you the walk and give you the combination right there.
There can be a lot of muggles around but you should not have to worry to much at GZ. Some attributes may not be available during winter.
Cache should be winter friendly if cache is placed back properly.
