Long Pole - Short Pole – Can You See the Light? Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

redkitegar: I have been reliably informed that a person who lives nearby removes the item placed when he sees people at the hide as he collects litter from the vicinity at regular intervals.

Geocache Description:

A roadside cache located on a grass verge near the village of Penisa'rwaun – the cache is a small camouflaged click-lock box(replacing the 35mm film container originally used) . Park somewhere near the start of the 30 mph signs (approaching from Llanrug direction) where the road is wider than at the cache site which is just a short walk away.

The cache can also be approached in the opposite direction from the A4547 Bangor to Brynrefail road passing through the village of Penisa'rwaun to the end of the 30mph speed restriction – (look out for speed bumps within the 30mph area if travelling this way)
On a clear day there is a great view of Snowdon from the suggested parking area too
The cache itself should be easy enough to find with just the cache name as a clue but a hint is included just in case!!
There are a couple of houses opposite the cache but no windows directly overlook the site but look out for muggles all the same !!
Take a pen with you on this one please.
The cache is not in or on the dry stone wall behind the poles.
SINCE I PLACED THIS CACHE THE CONDITION OF THE SHORT POLE HAS DETERIORATED BADLY AND THE BITS OF ROTTING WOOD NEAR THE BIG POLE BEAR WITNESS TO THIS - CLUE AMENDED TO TAKE ACCOUNT OF THIS.
