A "Flash Mob" Gathering of Geocachers: Only 15
minutes long! You MUST be present and sign a log sheet during this
time to claim the event
Ok Central Florida...It's time for WWFM 8...come join us
on June 4th to celebrate DON'T BE A CHICKEN.......DANCE. Wear
sunglasses like our mascot on the event page. On the day of the
event please get to the posted coords a little early, act like a
muggle before the event starts, meaning don't congregating with
other fellow geocachers as this helps the visual magic of a flash
mob.
1:00pm: We will blow a whistle will blow a whistle signaling the
event has started. Everyone will gather and sign your log sheets
and get your micro meal(Hershey Kiss).Make sure to drop your log
sheet into the ammo box to be counted as attended. (please include
# in your party if you cache under one name or one slip for each
participant)
1:05-1:08pm: Adorn sunglasses and quickly arrange ourselves in a
row on the sidewalk to begin the dance. Then in unison we will
begin the Chicken dance. We will dance for about 2
minutes.
1:08-1:10pm: Gather around for the group picture
1:10-1:13pm: Drawing for the FTF prize.
1:13-1:15pm: Quick schmoozing.
1:15pm: The event is officially over and hopefully we left some
confusion and smiles behind to the muggles around the
area.
