Geocache Description:

A ring of caches around the centre of the 1st Battle of Newbury site. Total distance is around 2.6 miles.

Travelling West means inevitably hitting the Newbury Bypass. Ironically, this area was the site of a more recent battle involving people protesting against the bypass.
