Maple Lake turtles......they are everywhere! Lots of turtles hanging out in the cove. And on stumps sticking up out of the lake and along the banks
While our son and jerseydigger spent the morning fishing...and actually catching pickerel and a couple of nice bass I went exploring.
Bull frogs were croaking and green frogs were calling back and forth....there were also some cricket frogs chirpping in the grass. A beautiful smyphony!
The local turtles are not camera shy and will stay put long enough for you get get a couple of shots!
