This cache is part of the NEPA Wandering series of things that I have encountered while on my way here and there.
Wandering around northeastern Pennsylvania has proven to be very interesting. I often wonder when I see these what the story behind them is. Having lost someone very dear to me to a car accident, my heart goes out to the family of Mickey who obviously misses him enough to maintain this site. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL WHEN SEARCHING FOR THIS CACHE. The cache is nowhere near the memorial to Mickey.
