ajbenn: visited the cache site at the weekend and discovered the locals had had a mega clean up and removed the stump in which the cache was hidden.

A pleasant walk around a man-made cove to a beautiful picnic site on the shores of Lake Dunstan.
Park at S 44 58.828, E 169 14.143. Go through the gate marked public access and follow the sealed walkway to the bridge. At this point leave the seal and follow your GPS. The cache, a 20ml ex pill container is above ground level. Please replace carefully. No hint is given as the name should be enough.
A cafe is under construction adjacent to the parking area and this should be operational from July 2011. During the summer months a children's fun park operates within the cafe complex.
