Rocky Road Traditional Cache

Located in Rose Valley Regional Park. A good cache to combine with a few others in the area, but this one may not be suitable for children as the terrain to the cache is fairly steep with loose rocks, and the area of GZ is near the edge of a cliff.
I often hike up this hill, as there are some awesome views from the top...on the way up I always passed an area I thought would be great for a cache. I have taken many readings, but as always with a rocky area GPS's tend to bounce around a bit, but with about a dozen readings it should be fairly accurate. There aren't a lot of hiding spots, so it should be fairly easy to find.
Please BE CAREFUL and wear good footwear when hiking to the cache, as there are a lot of loose rocks and you are close to the edge of a small cliff...that being said, if your sure footed it shouldn't be too much of a problem.
The cache container is a small camoed lock & lock.
When placed the cache contained:
Logbook w/pencil & sharpener
Geocaching note
Carabiner w/compass
Mardis Gras beads
Some shiny glass stones
AND...something special for the FTF...an official FTF pin.
Make sure to hike to the top from the cache, and bring a camera...well worth it!
