NEPAW: Double Tunnel Traditional Cache

This cache is part of the NEPA Wandering series of things that I have encountered while on my way here and there.
Wandering around northeastern Pennsylvania has proven to be very interesting. There are hidden gems around every corner. I have happened across many of the double tunnels. I realize that for most people who grew up in this area this is pretty common place but for those of us who are transplanted here, it is more unusual. The river here has a pretty good flow and is beautiful to look at. Be careful when crossing the busy road.
This is not your ordinary cache hide. You're going to have to think out of the ordinary to find it.
