This cache is part of the NEPA Wandering series of things that I have encountered while on my way here and there.
Wandering around northeastern Pennsylvania has proven to be very interesting. There are hidden gems around every corner including little parks. I'm not sure whether this is a park but there were remnants of a couple of benches in front of the the display. I always wonder why it was placed here and suspect that there is a story of some kind.
