I decided to place another cache on New Almaden Trail....my very favorite trail. As I approached the trailhead, there was a gentleman pointing to a bird called a Nuthatch. He explained about the bird's strange habbit of hopping up a tree (most birds flit from branch to branch) and then hopping back down as opposed to flying.
As I walked to where I wanted to place this cache, I kept thinking of that funny little bird called Nuthatch. The name stuck with me.
