No. 5 of 13 in the KZN Bakers Challenge.
This will take you for a short walk along the banks of the Palmiet
River in a part of the Nature Reserve that I think is a lot less
visited then the other side but with 3 other caches close by will
hopefully attract more visitors.
The eThekwini Parks Department have recently done some path
maintenance to this side of the Reserve and have cleaned up the
area very nicely. Once at the cache site, take a moment to rest and
listen to the abundance of bird life that exists in the area.
You shouldn't have to get your feet wet doing this one. However,
please be extremely careful should the river be flowing strongly or
even better, come back another day.
