Welcome to the second meet by the West Midlands
Regional Forum Members, an informal get together to meet and make
new friends, exchange tales and to raise the awareness of the
friendly and very active forum.
Thursday 23rd June 2011 from 6pm until the last
person leaves.
Oxon Priory
The venue is "Oxon Priory", which is a
Hungry Horse bar restaurant, and is situated just of the A5,
Shelton Corner, Welshpool Road, Shrewsbury, Shropshire SY3 8DL
A very informal meet to give cachers, "old hands"
and new a chance for a chat, a drink and maybe a bite to eat -
everyone is welcome.
If you haven't been to an event before these are
great ways to meet and put faces to the names you see in the logs.
If you are new, don't be shy, there are no cliques and everyone
will make you welcome.
The management know we are coming and have kindly
allowed us to use the area to the left hand side as you walk in
through the main doors.
If you require food, there is a comprehensive
restaurant menu. There is 2 Dine Out for £8.50. Most other meals
are between £6-8
Allow plenty of time for geo-chatting, coin and
TB discovery or swaps and share caching tales and maybe glean a
hint or two for those difficult to solve puzzles.
There is no need to pre-book food but we have
promised to give them an idea of numbers so please log your
intentions as soon as possible.
There will be raffle tickets on sale to
win prizes courtesy of ChrisPAmbulance. All proceeds will go
towards the WM Regional forum and Geocoin.

Look forward to seeing you there!
