• You are invited to Dynamic Korea Event for a gathering of Geocachers.

• 24 July 2011, Sunday, 13:00 till 16:00 hrs

• The Richensia Conference Hall (View 01 & View 02)
• Building No. 101, 40-31 Moonbae-Dong, Yongsan-Gu Seoul

WHY:

• To meet & greet cachers, discover & trade travel bugs and geocoins , trade caching stories, geocoin contests and have event fun! Be one of the first to see the new Souvenir created for Korea!

GENERAL INFO

This event was created to continue the tradition of the Colorful Daegu 2008 & 2009 events that some of you have attended.

Tentative timeline:

• 13:00 - 13:30, Icebreaker with soft drinks & snacks.
• 13:30 - 13:40, Unveiling of the Korea Geocaching Souvenir.
• 13:40 - 15:50, Introductions, announcements, contests, plain o' event fun.
• 15:50 - 16:00, Farewell

Dynamic Korea event is children friendly too. The conference room is co-located with a private children's mini park & playroom, putting green, golf range, and nature trail. This is all on the fourth floor of the Apartment building.

Snacks and soft drinks will be available.

It is important that you use the "will attend" option and let us know how many guests you'll be bringing.  This will help greatly on our head-count and help cachers to gain access to the conference hall.

Cachers driving to the event please let us know and we'll reserve free parking for you in the buildings garage.

CONTESTS

1. Putting for prizes at the putting green.  Longest putt wins.  Bring along your favorite putters or use the ones available.
2. "Stop The Geocoin Thief" contest.  A coin will be hidden for a "Geocoin Thief" find.
3. The Logbook Signer Contest.

*Saturday is not part of the event nor will count as participating in the event as per Event Cache Listing Requirements / Guidelines.
