When I was a kid the nearby business was the local butcher shop. It was a place we visited every two weeks so mom could order meats for our family.
These days your local butcher is usually inside a supermarket or large grocery store and you rarely see or talk with him.
The current business is not only a butcher but an artist as well! His work can be seen in Lincoln at the ranger station as well as in homes across the nation.
You may need a TOTT to assist with retrieval as it seems to stick at times.
