The cache is an ammo can.
Just a note on the private property issue. There is no fence between this cache location and the other several caches by the jetty. The area is used as pasture, both where this cache is, and where the others are. Both areas have ample evidence of humans walking along the rocks.
There are in fact No Trespassing signs all along this road, but then there is the public parking area by the jetty and the oil seep. No borders are marked.

Our boy scout troop placed this cache while we were camping near here. We thought this area needed another cache. We had a great time and hope you enjoy your stay here, too. Please trade fairly and keep this cache free of junk. (Terrain rating is due to the remoteness of the area--its really quite easy once you get here.)
