The 9th annual Bertha Brock Park caching event.
Join us for a fantastic potluck dinner Saturday after the event. (And prior to the night cache!)
It's time again for the Bertha Brock park cache event. This is the 9th year for this event, which always proves to be a great social and caching event.
Bertha Brock park is a rustic county campground and park in Ionia, Mi. It's a beautiful place to camp, and holds many existing geocaches. Plan on a day of caching and hanging out with geocachers in what proves to be a great social event. Sure, there are caches, and event activities, and they're followed by a Saturday night potluck and night cache. (Event only...maybe?)
So come join us, for the day, or for the weekend. Camping is suited for popups or tents, there are no hookups or dump stations. If you're coming from a ways away, let us know and there are campgrounds within a few miles that offer such features.
Hope to see you there, at the unofficially longest running caching event in Michigan. :)
REMEMBER!! Saturday night will be a potluck dinner commencing near the 5 to 6 hour. Bring a dish to pass, a place setting (with utensils) and an appetite for good food and great stories. Some time during the event, we'll likely be giving away some FTF opportunities too!!!
So many of us come here every year, that sometimes I forget to include details. But fear not, if you come, you'll find something to do, someone to talk to, and something to eat.
