This cache is located near the entrance of a private road that is open to the public 364 days per year. The road is closed 1 day per year to keep it private. Owner of the road has given permission to place cache at this spot.
High difficulty rating is due to HEAVY traffic on the road between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Best time to get the cache is after 5:00 p.m.
