Do not go to the posted coordinates. The posted coordinates are incorrect, they represent the geographic center of Willoughby Hills. You will need to solve the puzzle in order to find the cache.

The City of Willoughby Hills was founded in 1954 and incoporated in 1970. It’s total area is 10.9 square miles. Willoughby Hills is bordered by Euclid and Richmond Heights on the west; Gates Mills, Highland Heights, and Mayfield Village on the south; Kirland and Waite Hill on the east; and Wickliffe and Willoughby on the north. The ancestory of Willoughby Hills according to the 2000 Census = 21.4% German; 16.4% Italian; 15.2% Irish; 10.4% English; 11.1% Slovenian; 6.4% African American; 6.1% Polish; 3.5% Hungarian; 3.5% Asian; 0.07% Native American.
