The clue is in the title: POSTMAN FLAT
You do NOT need to go into the private garden - it should be accessed from the street. Cache Owner owns Ground Floor Flat!
This is my first go at placing a Cache. It is near the sea front and you can see the Sea, Beach Lawns, Brean Down and the derelict Tropicana frontage from the cache site.
St Leonards Flats were built by Lennards Shoes in 1920s to give their executives luxury accomodation at the seaside. It is now four self-contained private dwellings. The Cash Ownere (CO) owns the ground floor flat.
There is a log book (paper to record your visit)
I have not included a pencil, so bring your own.
