Geocache Description:

Along a public footpath through gates and fields.

This cache has been placed on a public footpath on which you can walk from Middridge Village to School Aycliffe.
It's a lovely walk from Middridge , along a bit of a lane crossing a bridge over the Darlington to Bishop Auckland railway line.

Should you wish to go Geocacheing in Shildon, there's a path that runs paralell to the railway line, but take it from one who knows, before you know it you've walked miles looking for the next cache and where you originally parked your car is a long way back!!
