Spotted this feature some time ago
while I was in the area for work. I assume that it is a
remnant of the Second World War .
Reinforced concrete gun emplacement
discreetly hidden in the field- this forms a part an array of 3
such emplacements in the immediate vicinity. Designed offer
protection for the Barmouth in the event of invasion during
WW2.
The cache is a large preform bottle
with only a log .
Please
bring your own Pen or Pencil to sign the log.
You do not
have to cross any fences or open any gates to find the
cache.
