Geocache Description:

Is it safe to eat spunk fish?

The word "spunk" means material to start a fire, or torchwood, which settlers used to gather in the area. There are eight lakes in the immediate vicinity of Avon, MN. Three of them are connected by a creek. They are named by the order they are located on Spunk Creek. Since the creek runs south to north, Upper Spunk Lake is below Middle and Lower Spunk on the map. Confusing huh? Oh, and it is safe to eat Spunk fish.
