If you want to meet the friendly monster of Stakkevatnet you have to come to the beautifull landscape of Hjelmelandheiane.
I met it last autum when I was there with my family. Find his home and make a picture of your meeting.
You have two possebilities to go there.
You can start in Nes (Parking lot at N59 08.976 E6 20.819 and go first to Viglesdalen and stay there so you will arrive on the next day in Stakken.
Or you can start at Nilsebuvatnet (Parking lot at N59 09.828 E6 36.947) and can do the trip in one day, if you were very fast.
But I think you should stay in the very beautifull hut of Stakken and get the chance to find out why the friendly monster lives in this area and how nice it will be there. Good luck and enjoy your trip.
