Geocache Description:

In a hole in the ground there lived a hobbit.  Not a nasty, dirty, wet hole, filled with the ends of worms and an oozy smell, nor yet a dry, bare,  sandy hole with nothing in it to sit down on or to eat: it was a hobbit-hole, and that means comfort.
--- J.R.R. Tolkien

The hobbit was restless.
Maybe it was time for a change.
Maybe he should move house.
He went for a walk to mull it over.

He found a noticeboard.

He looked a little closer.

Yes, he thought. That's where I will start looking...

He walked on to No 1, The Pit, Valley of Isolation,  and there he found what from the outside seemed to have all the makings of a promising hole. It was located a little off the main path, in a small dell. It had a great porch, with a bridal veil of a waterfall cascading down one side.

A comely rosy-cheeked hobbit was sitting on the porch, close to the entrance to a dark tunnel. This was Estella, the estate agent.
"Hallo!" she cried.
"Hallo!" said the hobbit, "I'm looking for a new home!"
"A new home!" said she. "Say no more! Here's the entrance, go on inside and have a look! If it's too dark for you, there's a light switch down the passage, on the right."
