I thought this looked like a great spot for a cache. However, there were two muggles having a lunchtime rendezvous in their car. I came back another day and found the same car and the same two muggles. The third visit was a charm and I was able to place the container. As I was leaving, two cars pulled up. A muggle got out of one and hopped into the other. This sure is a busy parking lot!
