Found along a public footpath and could be combined with other caches along related footpaths to and from this location. Fairly easily accessed.
Please don't go any further than the tree, the lake a little way beyond could be prove dangerous. Also please respect the area as this is private land.
This is a good one for those who are familiar with Enid Blyton's Enchanted Wood and the famous Faraway Tree. I read this series of stories to my children and this was our Faraway Tree that brought those enchanted tails to life. I would recommend the stories to all those with young children and a visit to our cache will bring the Faraway Tree to life as well as making the clue make sence.
If you haven't read 'The Enchanted Wood' it should be a good challenge along with the other caches in the area.
