Walking this trail you will see where some of your tax money is spent. This cache replaces an earlier multi-stage cache.

This cache place in honor of the Return of the Richmond Rally. A nice walk among the trees. Small cache with trade items and a log book. Terrain rating more for the walking and some off trail hiking.
