You are looking for a cammo'ed metal "ointment" can 1"x3"x4". Please rehide well so it doen't get muggled.
There is a memorial plaque placed nearby (to the south of the cache) at the edge of the parking area that reads:
"Oregon Trail Blue Mountain Crossing
NW Chapter OR-CA Trail Association
M. ("Burch") Burchfield Memorial 1995"
I would have placed the cache nearer the memorial, but that seems to be an area that provides an opportunity for "cache in - trash out".
Winter access will depend upon snow depth.
