Hiking in Hungry Hollow Multi-Cache

This multicache will take you hiking in the Hungry Hollow. Please stay on the trail at all times. The hike from first stop to the cache is about 1 km long, with one stop between.
The first stop will take you to a sign where you have to find the animal whose Latin initials for his name are C.C.. Take the common name of C.C. and convert it into numbers using the chart below. What year was the non-native and invasive species on the sign introduced in North America as a culinary herb? Take this year and add it to the following W meaningless coordinates to get the cache coordinates. (The digital root for the final W coordinates is 2) N 43 38.557 W 079 50.758 After you find the cache, we strongly recommend you continue along the trail down the ravine to the river. On the left is a stream where the children love to play. If you continue to the right, along the river, the path will loop back to the meadow where you started. This is not recommended for small children as the ravine is very steep. Unlike the main trial you have been on, this section of the trail can become quite muddy after rains. You will also discover the meaning of the saying “Busy little beaver”.
