As we were coming back from finding "Just 4 Luck" cache, we spotted
this nice well-kept small cemetery.
The interesting thing about this cemetery was that all the names
on the grave stones were either "Sutherland" or "McKay" except for
two other names.
Lets make this an easy puzzle cache to be different. You will
need to get the following information by visiting the cemetery:
A = How many gravestones have the name "Sutherland" on
them? (Just the number of gravestones, not the number of
Sutherlands)
B = How many gravestones have the name "McKay" on them?
(Just the number of gravestones, not the number of McKay's)
C = How many gravestones have the name "McIntosh" on
them? (Just the number of gravestones)
D = How many gravestones have the name "Ferguson" on
them? (Just the number of gravestones)
E = What are the total number of gravestones within the
fence area of this cemetery (both standing and lying on the
ground)
Now solve the following formula for the final cache location: -
did I mention already that you will be using UTM coordinates to
solve for the final cache location?
Formula:
"F" = (A + E) X (B + C + D)
Using the following UTM coordinates:
20T E 0506905 N 5048735
Solve for the final cache location coordinates as follows:
"Easting": Add the result ("F") to the Easting
coordinate, above, to get the Easting coordinate for the final
cache location
"Northing": Subtract the result ("F") from the above
Northing coordinate, above, to get the Northing coordinate for the
final cache location.
Now go for the cache - Good Luck
