My 3rd in the series that puts you right beside a highway. This cache was originally intended to be a puzzle, or tricky one, but that never materialized. I honestly just want it out of my house at this point.
With JMU and EMU each containing multiple caches, I felt it only fair that the smaller National College get a cache as well.
Even though this is a failed experiement as a cache, I will note that it is the only large cache within the city of Harrisonburg. (to the best of my knowledge).
I'd wear pants when retrieving this cache. Also, muggle activity will be higher at certain times of the day.
Please be sure to replace the lid tightly to avoid water damage. Plenty of room for swag if you care to add some.
Lastly, there is a fence seperating you from the highway. Please do not attempt to cross the fence. Nor is this cache accessible from I-81. Always exercise caution.
