This is a cache in its own right as well as being one of the ten feeder caches for “The Real Price of Coal – Bentley Pit Main Cache”.
All the caches in this series have been possible thanks to permission granted by the Local Community Ranger for The Forestry Commission, for which I am very grateful.
I have prepared this series with families in mind. I hope you enjoy the variety of hides that you discover as much as I enjoyed creating and hiding them.
None of the caches require you to set foot inside any of the fenced off plantation areas so please stick to the paths as much as possible.
In this cache you may find a laminated card with the information required to help you work out an arithmetical calculation (you will also need a little bit of general knowledge) for the location of “ The Real Price of Coal – Bentley Pit Main Cache” so, DON'T FORGET TO MAKE A NOTE OF "ALL" THE INFORMATION ON THE CARD IF YOU FIND ONE. The information on the card will also be at the start of each log book (just in case the card goes missing). There are NO NANOS in this multicache, but a pair of tweezers or a similar item may be useful to extract some of the log books from the MICROS.
NOTE: If doing the full multicache the caches must be visited in numerical order to enable you to work out the final coordinates correctly.
This cache contains Log book and pencil.
The clue should make a little more sense once you get to the co-ordinates.
PLEASE HIDE THIS CACHE IN THE EXACT SAME PLACE AS YOU FIND IT.
