Park&Grab. Easy but not too obvious. It borders a neighborhood on a 4-lane divided road. Park along one of the side streets in the 'hood. Owner of property gave permission and provides security for this B&B.
No Poison Ivy, Thorns, Snakes, Critters, etc. but CHIGGERS or ANTS are possible. You seek a plastic, roasted nuts jar; larger than a large pill bottle.

This is our FIRST HIDE and it's a B&B/Hotel for TBs! (So there's the apology right up front ok?)
It is NOT difficult in our humble opinion; fairly easy really. Don't get frustrated, keep your chin up and you'll find it!
Just as we put this B&B design 'down on paper', we found one not too far off that was IDENTICAL to our design. No, really, we did not "steal" Team Jarre's most excellent B&B design; 'Like minds think alike' is our story and we're sticking to it!
This is a TB Bed & Breakfast in honor of Patricia Ann Graham(Ann). She was a gracious and humble woman with more 'Old South' hospitality and charm than any person we have ever known. And she actually did have a large, 2-story, log cabin B&B in Colorado.
Ann's 'real' B&B was in Summit County at 39.6222 & -106.0983, on Buffalo Mountain. We lived there with her for about 3 years and helped her run the B&B - we had a blast!
This B&B does not require reservations and check-in/check-out times are flexible but late check-ins might provoke barks of nearby dogs. There is no "1-for-1" trade rule here; take one/leave none, take two/leave one, leave all, take none/all, whatever.
BUT be sure to log any TBs you take, swap, drop, or grab! Ok? We hope this cache will stay busy & keep them cute travelers MOVING along quickly. If any TB is left in the cache for more than 2 weeks, we may 'evict' them out to a new cache.
This is on a busy street but it's not facing the road so you will be somewhat concealed from drive-by muggles when making a grab or drop. But the sidewalk is used in the mornings and evenings by joggers so use stealth if muggles present. First to Find gets nothing more than FTF credits and First Pick on the loot/swag within; we are starting it off with 1 TB (Buzz) and 2 Trackable Coins.
For those that find but don't have / want a TB, we added some odd/antique type swap items that some might find "collectable". Pins, silver spoons,fossils, old thimbles, arrowheads, etc.
