Key or Quay ??? Multi-Cache

A simple multi located in a new sub-division in Torquay called the Quay. A nice park for younger cachers and plenty of room for the furry cachers to stretch their four legs.
We pronounce it Torkey but spell it Torquay
Wikipedia defines “quay” as ..A concrete, stone or metal platform lying alongside or projecting into water for loading and unloading ships... well you won’t see many ships but the rest of the description fits.
Some of the possible meanings of the word “key” that Wikipedia lists are..an instrument for grasping and turning a screw, peg or nut, or a pin, bolt or wedge inserted between other pieces, or fitting into a hole or space designed for it.
So which is it?
This is ClamManandClan’s first cache, hopefully it will be remembered alongside some of the fantastic caches we have had the pleasure to have found. It was initially going to be a Traditional but as there is absolutely no where to legally park near GZ we have made it a very simple Multi, with good parking and a short stroll between the stages.
The cache is caravan friendly (as long as the field is not in use) with parking at S 38 18 609 E 144 20 241 or on the roadside nearby. The paths should be suitable for strollers and wheelchairs alike.
GZ is located at S 38 18 7AB 144 20 30C.
AB = Rungs on Monkey Bars plus number of swings
C= Number of Light Towers which light up the field.
GZ is in fairly open view so please be discreet, torch light activities may draw some attention from the residents. You are looking for a 1 litre Sistema Clip top container, with note book, pen and a few swaps. There is a $2 scratchie for FTF and a $1 scratchie for both 2nd and 3rd. Please make sure that everything goes back properly and securely.
