Geocache Description:

A short steep walk up a grassy slope above the Garburn Road, directly up from the Holiday Park, or a stroll from Dubbs Reservoir along Dubbs Road to one of our favourite 360 views. The knoll is just up from a stile. An easy but rewarding walk for fell walkers.

Small clear plastic tub around 3 inches by 2. The cache is hidden amongst the rocks of the knoll. Please bring a pen.
Our family are very regular visitors to Limefitt Park - it is our second home. The knoll has always been known to our family as Sam's Hill since a friend called Sam climbed the summit at 5 yrs old as his 'first mountain'. Sam is now at college studying land management! Thank you to the National Trust for their permission to place the geocache on their land. Please note:
Geocaches must be placed with respect to the sensitive nature of National Trust properties and in such a way to avoid damage. They should not disrupt sensitive natural habitats. Please take care when visiting the cache.
