End of the Road Traditional Cache

This is my 5th attempt at keeping this cache up and running! Muggled 5 times and now the area is fenced off for the construction of the stair case at the north end of the ravine. I've moved it yet again outside the construction area. It is only 1-2 meters off the main trail. Please ensure it is replaced snuggly back in its location and not visible from the main trail - watch for passing muggles.
This is another cache located in New Westminster's Glenbrook Ravine. The south end of the ravine park offers free parking (off Jaimeson Court, at amenities building) and has a wonderful pond and paths, however, I feel this north end is rather neglected and often ignored. Not to mention it is all uphill from the parking lot! So to encourage people to walk the entire length of the ravine, I have placed a cache at the very end!
That said, however, you can also access this cache by parking on Glenbrook Drive and taking the rather steep dirt tail down to the cache; the trail can be rather muddy during wet weather, but my young chidren manage it fine. Done this way, it is not stroller friendly and requires the steep, often muddy, trail. However, I noticed that they are planning to build a new staircase at this north end of the ravine - to be completed in the summer of 2012.
NOTE: during construction, the muddy trail is NOT accessable. You can always bushwack down from Glenbrook Drive, but make sure you are wearing long pants as there are lots of thorns in the bushes!
