Geocache Description:

A very small container on the Dutchess County Rail Trail.

Rails can be what trains run on, what trails are made on, or rails can refer to a family of birds. Rails are slender, somewhat chicken-shaped marsh birds, with short rounded wings, short tail, large feet, and long toes. The Black Rail is the smallest of the rails. While you may find the Black Rail cache, I don't think you will be lucky enough to find a Black Rail around here ~ they prefer coastal marshes.
