Hawaii Island Hopper Challenge Mystery Cache

Hawaii is comprised of eight main islands. Seven of these islands are inhabited; and you can find a geocache on six of them.

This challenge cache is not at the posted coordinates. You can find the cache at the Final Waypoint listed below. However, before you can log a smiley, you need to find a cache on Kauai, Oahu, Molokai, Lanai, Maui and the Big Island of Hawaii. Once you have done so, you will need to hop back to Oahu to sign the log for this cache.

You are welcome to locate the cache and post notes to the cache page. BUT we will delete your “found” log if you do not meet the above logging requirements.

Qualifying Cache Types

For this challenge, you may find any physical cache type that requires you to sign a log. This includes Traditional, Multi-cache, Letterbox Hybrid, or Unknown. Non-qualifying cache types are: Virtual, Earth, Event, Webcam and Locationless. Also, you cannot use this cache as your Oahu find.

Verification Process

To provide us with verification that you meet the logging requirements of this challenge:

* You can make a Bookmark List of your finds. Name this bookmark “Hawaii Island Hopper Challenge - (your caching name).” Also make this Bookmark List public and shared. or

* Send us a list of the qualifying cache names, their GC numbers, and the date you found each.
