Geocache Description:

For many years there was a sign that identified this turnoff as "Bugaboo." The sign was missing one day and has never been replaced. It was named for Bugaboo Creek that enters the North Santiam River about 100 yards to the south of this road. Finding the cache will help you bridge the gap between the highway and Bugaboo Creek. After finding the cache, head up the road about 1/4 mile and turn left on Forest Service Road 299 for a great view of Bugaboo.
