The Dam has the capacity to hold mega amounts of water. Looking up from Redlands, it's ominous form makes you hope that it stays intact and protects the valley below.
But, even after all the rain we had this last Spring and Winter, there is no water behind the Dam. They still 'man' it though.... I can see the Dam men from here.
